Single release: ‘My White Shadow’

Is it just me who’s counting down the final weeks of winter? So over this one and can’t wait for spring for some warmth and more sunlight hours.

I have a single release to radio dropping on August 26. Taken from the Making Memories album, ‘My White Shadow’ is a tribute to my beautiful dog Gizmo, whom I sadly lost in March of this year. This song celebrates his personality, our life and times together, and the unconditional love he showed me. Something all dog or animal lovers will understand and resonate with, so this is for you too!

To accompany the single release, there will also be a new lyric picture video released to Youtube! Expect to see lots of incredibly cute doggy pics of Gizmo doing all sorts of things, and some of my favourite pics of us together.

Things are warming up on the show front, with more band gigs added including dates for every month in 2026 already! Also some new venues for solo and duo gigs coming up and the new band ‘Retromania’ has a showcase end of September at Gymea Hotel. Check the gig guide for details as they come to hand.

Hate to say this, but Christmas will be upon us before you know it! I already have bookings for Boxing Day and the day after. But the big news is….The Pink Chevy’s will be performing New Years Eve at Ramsgate RSL upstairs in the auditorium!! This will be a big night and will be very popular so you will need to get in early to secure a table. We are not sure yet if it will be a ticketed event or not. Will advise when we know!

So, a lot of activity to the end of year by the look of things. And I thought things would be slowing down for me!
